Clearing the cache of your internet browser can resolve many issues if a page will not load or if authentication is failing. The process differs slightly depending on the internet browser you are using. Select from the options below to go to instructions for that browser.


Microsoft Edge

  1. From the top right select the three dots icon. 
  2. From the menu select settings


  3. Select the "Privacy and Security" tab from the settings menu
  4. From the Browsing Data section select "Choose what to clear"


  5. Ensure that both "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" are selected then click on "clear"


  6. Restart your web browser


Google Chrome

  1. From the top right select the three dots icon.
  2. Select "Settings" from the menu


  3. Select the "Privacy and Security" tab from the left
  4. From the Privacy and Security section select "Clear browsing data"
  5. From the Time Range drop down menu select "All time"
  6. Ensure both "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are selected then click "clear data"


  7. Restart your web browser


Internet Explorer

  1. From the top right of internet explorer select the gear icon
  2. From the drop down menu select Safety > Delete Browsing History


  3. Ensure that both "Temporary Internet files and website files" and "Cookies and website data" are selected then click on delete


  4. Restart your web browser


Safari

  1. Select "Preferences" from the safari menu in the top left of your browser window


  2. Select "Manage Website Data..." from the privacy tab


  3. Select "Remove All" then "Remove Now" from the popup window. This will remove all cookies


  4. To remove cached data use the keyboard shortcut "Command + Shift + e" 
  5. Restart your web browser

Mozilla Firefox

  1. From the top right select the there horizontal lines icon to open the menu.
  2. Select "Options" from the menu


  3. Select the "Privacy & Security" tab of the menu.
  4. From the "Cookies and Site Data" section select "Clear Data..."


  5. Ensure that both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are selected then click "Clear"
  6. Restart your web browser
